Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be in original packaging
- Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Customized/personalized items
- Innerwear or hygiene-related products
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item
- Missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the package and product
We will review and arrange replacement/refund if approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI
Return Shipping
- Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
